Policies & Disclaimers
1. There will be no refunds on any services/products.
2. Unsatisfied services must be reported before leaving the establishment.
3. Clients have within 3 days to get service fixed if damaged/chipped.
4. Clients must notify technician of any health or allergy issues.
5. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
6. Scheduled appointments will be canceled if the client does not show within 10
minutes of scheduled time.
7. Gift certificates expire 6 months from purchase date and are non-refundable.
8. Gift certificates are non-transferrable. We are not responsible for stolen or

11. Children must be supervised and accompanied by guardian

12. Work area is only for technicians and clients receiving services.
